Employer Training Investment Program

The Employer Training Investment Program (ETIP) helps keep Illinois workers` skills in pace with new technologies and business practices, which, in turn, helps businesses increase productivity, reduce costs, improve quality and boost competitiveness. ETIP can pay up to half of the costs associated with training. This grant is for Illinois Employers primarily in the manufacturing sector that needs to train their workforce.
