Executive Committee

 

 

Committee Purpose 

Create a clear delegation of duties between the full WIB and the WIB’s Executive Committee.  The Executive Committee would be charged with: Holding standing committees accountable for their work plans and coordinating their activities in line with strategic goals; Overseeing the budget and personnel issues of the WIB’s office; Developing recommended changes to the WIB Bylaws as needed; Coordinating with the local elected officials and recommending changes to the agreement between the WIB and the local elected officials as needed.

Standing Meeting  Day/Time	4th Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a.m., unless otherwise notified.
